Domaine family, the Castle of the Hermitage has been exploited and emphasized for 40 years, by the Lopez family. It is located on the slopes of the Between-Two-Seas and includes/understands 48 hectares of vine including 6 hectares of white Bordeaux wine and 42 hectares of Bordeaux wine and red higher Bordeaux wine.

The exploitation of the vineyard is done in the respect of the environment in reasoned fight.
Harvest is controlled by our care, vinified after complete picking off out of tanks cement and stainless;  the association of traditional and modern techniques allow us to obtain products of a great quality, whose ageing is done in was of oak during 12 to 18 months.

Our wines are marketed in bulk and in bottles near traders and private individuals whom we meet on various gastronomical shows.  Our Bordeaux wines obtained these two last years a gold medal to the wine contest of Aquitaine and a money medal to the agricultural open competition of Paris.
